These will be your tasks:
JOIN BRIGHT UP – WHERE PASSION MEETS PURPOSE
At Bright Up, we’re not your typical sales agency. We’re a young and evolving company built on curiosity, courage and the belief that everyone should have a voice in shaping our journey. We experiment, we take bold steps and yes – sometimes we get things wrong. But that’s exactly how we learn, grow and move forward together.
Here, egos don’t win. Collaboration does. We value people who bring ideas, take ownership, and are excited to actively help build Bright Up. We offer structure where it helps, flexibility where it matters and the freedom to work remotely as part of our everyday culture.
What we ask in return: passion and dedication. We want teammates who are genuinely excited about our mission and who bring energy to the table. At the same time, we put well-being first – no endless overtime, no burnout culture. Mental health and balance matter, because great work comes from motivated, healthy minds.
We’re driven by a shared goal: to brighten up the industry with smarter partnerships, creative solutions and a fresh mindset in New Sports, Entertainment, and Gaming.
And now it’s your turn to be part of it.
Associate Director Brand Partnerships (All Gender)
As the Associate Director Brand Partnerships you will be responsible for the day-to-day new business initiatives (endemic and non-endemic brands) around our Gaming, Entertainment and New Sports centric assets. Currently this included high-class rights holders such as Eintracht Spandau, Instinct3, PDC Europe, Baller League, gamescomLAN, Martin Schindler and connected crossover events hosted within our group.
Your overarching goal is to implement a sales driven but still client centric approach as well as on-going up-selling strategy. You will make sure resources are being used in the most efficient way and you push to sell assets of our new sports centric assets to maximize utilization of them.
Later on, you may take over leadership and strategic responsibility for the department. Finally help the Managing Director on Revenue Forecast, Financial topics and stay on top of current client status.
